Technique Wrestling Camp: June 23-26 & June 27-30, 2024
Open to any and all campers grades 6-12

Our technique camps will focus on technique, drilling, and live wrestling for beginners through advanced wrestlers. We emphasize on teaching on the highest percentage set ups, takedowns, counter offense, breakdowns, turns, escapes, and reversals in the nation. We’ll also cover strength and conditioning, nutrition, and proper recovery planning. All wrestlers will participate in a takedown tournament at the end.
